Our company's independently developed, designed, and produced large-scale biomass fuel injection furnace has been successfully assembled and taken offline
The hot air stove, which uses wood chips, rice husk powder, cow manure and other waste as fuel, has been assembled and successfully burned in one trial at Liaoning Yuanda Drying Technology Co., Ltd.
The furnace is cylindrical in shape, with an outer diameter of nearly 3 meters and a furnace height of nearly 8 meters. It is a modular structure built in the manufacturing plant and assembled on-site, covering an area of only 6 meters × 6m2, with a output of 5-6 million kcal/hour, a thermal efficiency of over 95%, fast heating, and a furnace temperature of 800 ℃ within 10 minutes after ignition.
Previously, the various large-scale drying equipment produced by the company were high-tech and environmentally friendly products, but their heat source supply equipment was a large coal-fired furnace, which was not environmentally friendly and wasted resources.
At the beginning of the year, the company began collecting relevant information on biomass fuel injection furnaces. As this type of equipment only has production capacity in foreign countries, the company's R&D team can only design and develop based on the appearance pictures and instructions of foreign products. After six months of development, the product was put into production, tested, and successfully assembled and taken offline in mid November.
At present, the product has reached the leading level in China from design to manufacturing. This type of spray firing furnace replaces the coal-fired hot air furnace that provides heat source for the original large drying equipment, using wood chips, rice husk powder, cow manure and other waste as fuel, enabling the company's large drying equipment to be all environmentally friendly products from the host to the heat source supply equipment. At the same time, this spray firing furnace is also equipped with devices such as overtemperature alarm and flame detection, with high automation level and can achieve unmanned operation. This furnace is also suitable for heating boilers.
The furnace has been put into operation to fill the domestic gap, and its performance has reached the international advanced level. Its price is only a quarter of that of similar foreign products.
This project is jointly developed by Liaoning Yuanda Drying Technology Co., Ltd., Shenyang Yuanda Technology Industry Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Dongda Drying Technology Research Institute.
