The commissioning of 80 ton/day Tagetes erecta drying equipment of Xinjiang Chenguang Group was successfully completed

On June 30, the 80 ton/day Tagetes erecta drying equipment designed and manufactured by our company for Xinjiang Chenguang Group was commissioned and officially put into production. So far, the equipment has been running stably, with a daily output of 80 tons of Tagetes erecta granules and a daily processing capacity of 1000 tons of Tagetes erecta flowers. It is the largest domestic and international Tagetes erecta drying equipment so far.

Since the equipment was started on June 30, it has been in continuous production for 31 days, without failure, running stably, and has produced 2400 tons of Tagetes erecta particles. In order to improve the quality of Tagetes erecta granules, two sets of Tagetes erecta drying equipment both use heat exchange type heat source, which can be said to be the largest heat exchanger at home and abroad so far.

The formal production and stable operation of this equipment marks that the largest Tagetes erecta drying equipment in China and even in the world has been able to operate normally, and also proves that our company has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level in the research, development and manufacturing capacity of super large drying equipment.
