Our company's technological innovation - a new multi ring drum drying system successfully applied to the drying of bentonite particles

On September 16, 2011, our company officially put into operation the bentonite particle drying production line developed for our client Tianjin Jinge Technology Development Co., Ltd. The equipment is running normally. The whiteness, moisture content, and equipment output of the product meet user requirements.

This set of bentonite particle drying production line uses our company's self-developed new multi ring drum drying equipment. Previously, materials like bentonite with high moisture content, heavy weight, and slightly higher viscosity could only be dried using a single layer drum, which has the disadvantages of low production efficiency and high energy consumption. Our company's technical personnel have changed the operating mechanism of the original three ring drum material through technological innovation, making it fully suitable for drying bentonite particles, improving production efficiency, and reducing drying costs.

This new multi ring drum drying system is not only suitable for drying fibrous materials, powder materials, and fine particle materials, but also for drying larger bulk materials such as coal blocks, compound fertilizers, and plant tubers.

This bentonite particle drying production line has officially been put into operation, marking the first successful application of a multi ring drum drying system in the domestic drying industry for the drying of bentonite particles!
