The world's first set of Tagetes erecta dehydration drying complete equipment with a daily processing capacity of 800 tons was put into operation in Hetian, Xinjiang.

The daily processing capacity of this set of equipment is equivalent to the annual output of 400 mu of Tagetes erecta planting area.

Tagetes erecta is the raw material for extracting natural pigments, which accounts for 85%~98% of the world output in China. This set of equipment adopts two-stage extrusion - three ring drum drying, which is our company's first creation. It has the characteristics of fast, efficient, and energy-saving. At present, it has become a series of products with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons, 400 tons, 600 tons, and 800 tons.
