1. Preheating treatment stage of wood dryer

The purpose is to preheat the wood before drying, without setting the speed. The temperature should not rise too quickly and all dehumidification equipment should be turned off.

2. Dehumidification treatment stage

Intermediate treatment is a humidifying treatment carried out during the kiln drying process. The purpose is to eliminate the surface expansion stress generated in the early stage to prevent surface cracking, or to eliminate the Case-hardening caused by drying in the middle and later stages to prevent internal cracking in the later stage.

Dehumidification is carried out based on the air humidity inside the drying room. After preheating, when the temperature is above 55 degrees, the humidity can be dehumidified for 20 to 30 minutes each time. After dehumidification, the temperature will slightly decrease and then gradually increase, but not exceed 70 degrees. The temperature rise can be set according to different types of wood. 3. Drying stage
